However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on items that have not been used. Requests for refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us unless you have received the wrong item or just wish to make an exchange.
Checklist for Returns:
- All returning items must be unopened, in the original packaging, or less than 35% used to qualify for a refund.
- Item(s) must be securely packaged along with the order number and original invoice.
- All return shipping postage costs must be paid by the customer. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted.
- It is recommended to use FedEx, UPS, or USPS to ship your return(s) back to Paws Elite.
